HOURS: 37.5 hours
SUMMARY: You will be responsible for providing advice/information and guidance on the management of substance misuse patients within primary care in Brent, provision of support to Brent GPs treating substance misuse patients in the Primary Care setting, and working with the local specialist drug services to enhance and advance the local Shared Care Model.
