  • Salary: £27,502 - £31,758 (depending on experience) inclusive, per annum
  • Hours: 37.5 per week

Summary

You will be responsible for providing advice/information and support with the health and social care needs of "Addaction Brent" clients and satellite clinics. You will also assist the development of a Harm Reduction Service, both at project base and satellites and to promote and provide health care interventions and develop onward referral with appropriate community based health care services. In addition you will provide health assessments, provide pre and post-test counselling, blood testing and Hepatitis B vaccinations, arrange referrals to specialist services for clients who test positive and provide ongoing support and management of positively tested clients. You will provide ways to reduce the harms associated with being infected with viral hepatitis and provide advice on safer drug use, safer sex and healthy living.
