Summary
A fully qualified nurse with experience in primary care is required to develop and promote the registration and care of drug users in general practice across Brent and Harrow for their general primary care and specific drug user related needs.
The job holder will assist SMP Service Manager to oversee the overall planning and co-ordination needs of the project. The post holder will co-ordinate the shared care development and training work of the Substance Misuse Management Project as well as the Supervised Consumption Scheme across the London Boroughs of Brent and Harrow.
