NDAS is seeking two professional individuals with the knowledge, skills and understanding to manage and promote the Shared Care of drug users in the county. Your task will be to facilitate the engagement and management of drug users in primary care; encouraging GPs to increase their exposure and expertise in treating this client group.

You will need:

Min 2 years F Grade experience in drug and alcohol work;
excellent communications skills;
well developed analytical and judgement skills;
the ability to plan and organise your work load effectively;
the capacity to travel between clinics and GP practices on a daily basis.

You will receive:

Comprehensive training, both on task and through an agreed training program;
peer support;
the opportunity to develop and shape Northamptonshire's future primary care drugs treatment program.
