If you have specialist expertise in managing and treating substance misuse, this is your opportunity to influence the future of our community-based approach. In this challenging role, you'll play a key part not only in delivering but also in developing and reviewing our community drug service as it works with some of our most vulnerable clients, including the homeless. You'll encourage local General Practices to join our Shared Care scheme and act as a mentor - both to clinicians within the scheme and to key staff in the service itself.

As well as a significant interest in clinical governance and audit, you should have a track record of effective teamwork across organisations. Confident and dynamic, you'll need the credibility to be regarded as a leader and the practical skills to act as a valuable local resource.
